STEPS: 
OPEN network setting setting in mobile  and open firefox  (option/setting/network/connection setting )  in pc and then put  proxy ,port  in  manual proxy  setting... as  given below.



Hp : 180.179.149.11
Proxy : 199.231.84.53
port : 80

note:   Confirm On mumbai sim try in your area.
