STEPS: 
OPEN network setting setting in mobile  and open firefox  (option/setting/network/connection setting )  in pc and then put  proxy ,port  in  manual proxy  setting... as  given below.

Port : 80

APN : Airtelgprs.com

H.p : 203.115.112.5 Or Airtellive.com
